I'm so excited for...... ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!!!!!! I was going to try to make something Irish for the occasion, but it will be so much easier to make this yummy Irish grilled cheese bedazzled with herbs, and to add green food coloring to this luscious Sprite cake (see above).Alas, I'm not a beer fan so I will most likely forgo the green beer at the pub tomorrow night, but I'm still ready to get my jig on! And just a warning pertaining to that "Kiss me, I'm Irish" paraphernalia.... my man may be Irish, but only I am allowed kiss him.
